Lower Level: Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Spanish, Maths, History, Geography GCSE: Biology, Spanish, Chemistry A-Level: Biology, Spanish Higher Level: Biochemistry (mainly cellular biology) Exam boards: OCR, AQA and Edexcel Preferred Age Group: Primary and GCSE primarily, but A-level too for Biology and Spanish. Experience: 2 years of tutoring experience at primary and university level and 1 year of mentoring experience. Exp with disabilities/special needs: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia About me: Hi, I'm Ruben, I'm 26 and I'm a recent MSc Cancer Cell Biology graduate, in which I achieved a distinction, in succession to my First Class honours degree in Biochemistry. I was born in the UK, but I grew up in Spain. Fun fact: while living in Spain, I developed a huge passion for horse riding, I won 3 show jumping competitions! Moving back to the UK during secondary school was difficult and very stressful. Eventually, I was able to adapt and later during sixth-form, I was given the opportunity to nurture my knowledge onto the year 7's during my peer mentoring sessions. I have had a natural captivation for all things science related since I can remember, with Biology and Chemistry being my strongpoints. My greatest hobbies are travelling and scuba-diving, which happen to go hand in hand, I also love skipping and football, I’m a big Barcelona F.C. fan!
