My experience with English begins with a love of literature since I was very young, when I would read anything of any genre. This love blossomed at school, where I studied English Literature and Language up to A-Level at school, winning several awards for achieving top grades in both subjects. I then studied Law at University, attaining a first class degree as well as the school prize for Criminal Evidence and the Head of School Commendation for high performance. Whilst at University I also regularly competed in debating, making me a fierce opponent in any argument! Having decided to forgo pursuing a career in Law, I am now working towards a Montessori Teaching Qualification in an early years setting.

My name is Rebecca and I've been working as a tutor since graduating with a first class Law degree from the University of Bristol last year. I have recently returned from living in Moscow where I was working as a private English teacher, which is something I really love to do and am planning to further pursue as my future career. My interests include travelling, reading and trying as much different tasty food as I can get my hands on! I am passionate about teaching and truly believe that learning isn't something that only happens at school. It happens every second of every day, the trick is to make it interesting so you don't even notice it's happening.
